Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations are accepted with a 24-hour notice. Less than 24-hour cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment. Non-cancellations or “No-Shows” will be charged the full treatment or service price. Out of respect for our clientele, treatments for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Venus Medispa’s discretion.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your purchases at Venus Medispa. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return it within 10 days for exchange or Venus Medispa credit. For all other purchases, a Venus Medispa credit will be given for product or services–no refunds on service, gift certificates, or series purchases.
